Haven & Safi

Today I shot Haven and Safi at the Newport Beach Temple and what a great day we had. The weather was great and we ended up having some time to head down to Corona del Mar to take some pictures at the beach. This couple was such a blast to shoot. They were wanting to take tons of fun shots together, I could have shot them all day. The reception was fantastic with great decorations, food, entertainment and just pure fun. Here are some of the shots I captured.

Andrea & Jordan

Today I shot Andrea and Jordan at the San Diego temple around noon so the lighting wasn't great but the pictures ended turning out really nice. The lighting just before the reception was excellent and we were able to get some great shoots there too. I had a ton of fun with this great couple. They will have many happy years down the road together. They were so much fun to shoot and hang with throughout the day.

Salon L Promo Model Shoot

Today's high fashion shoot for Salon L, located in Newport Beach, went really well. Anyone looking for a great hair salon needs to check them out. I was able to capture some great images thanks to the help of many others there. The wonderful staff was so helpful and the models were great. I shoot ended up turning out really well. They are planning on using the images for a couple large poster size banners above their reception desk and they will be submitting some to a fashion magazine.

Laura & Dave Wedding

This weekend my old roommate from college, Dave, got married at the Newport Beach temple and I was able to shoot it for him and his beautiful wife Laura. They were so happy and seemed to have such a great time together. It wasn't hard for me to shoot such a happy excited couple. It was good to see the family and some of my old friends again too. Here are some of the best shots.

Kelly & John's Wedding

Today I shot a wedding up in Bakersfield in the hot heat, about 105 degrees. I got off to a really late start because the grooms grandmother was about an hour late. The wedding was already only 5 hours from start to finish now that time had been cut by an additional hour. So I ended up getting about 20 minutes total to shoot the bride and groom, the bridal party and the bride and grooms families. All these pictures were taken after the sun had long set but it was alright though because it kept me on my toes thinking of ideas of where and how to shoot these night shots. I think I did pretty well considering I wasn't really planning on what was thrown at me. I don't recommend doing a wedding in 4 hours to anyone who may be planning one. Here are a few of the images I captured.

Heidi & Brett

Today Heather and I got together with an old friend of mine, (Heidi) and her fiancee' Brett. Its been over ten years since Heidi and I have seen each other. Heidi and Brett will be getting married at the end of August of this year so we thought it would be nice to do a couples shoot. Here is some of the images I was able to capture.

Debbie & Steve's Wedding

Debbie and all the groomsmen were so much fun to shoot. They were just having the time of their lives. Laughing the whole time.



This shot was taken on a beautiful leather scaled chair at the hotel where they were staying. I really like how it turned out.
I know I say this all the time but Debbie and Steve were such a joy to shoot. What a happy and giggly couple. They were smiling and laughing the entire day. All I had to do was to worry about capturing those moments and I had a great time doing so. Right across the street from where they got married was a beautiful courthouse where we took may of our pictures. We also found a really cool reflective building where we shot the bridal party and a few couple shots. Here are some of the images that I captured.
